strengthens competitiveness and long-term sustainability of bakery firms. Among
others, the study recommended that bakery firms should link AI maintenance
systems to digital knowledge platforms where equipment data, fault reports, and
repair solutions are stored and shared. This will enable technicians and
production staff to access past experiences, learn best practices and transfer
technical knowledge more effectively, thereby supporting organisational
learning.
