The impact of entrepreneurship training on employment generations and sustainability in FCT, Nigeria (2020-2021)

Abstract
The study investigates the impact of entrepreneurship training on employment generations and sustainability in FCT, Nigeria (2020-2021). Data was collected from 115 businessmen and women drawn from markets in 3 FCT Area Councils of AMAC, BWARI and KUJE and relevant vocational and skills acquisition centers in the FCT, Nigeria with the use of Stratified and the convenience sampling technique. The data was then analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) v 23. Findings of the study demonstrated a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurship education, employment generation and sustainability. With (r= .652, p=0.0001). The study also demonstrated a significant relationship between entrepreneurial financing, employment generation and sustainability. With (r= .764, p=0.0001). Implication for policy makers as well as direction for future studies have been presented.
