Abstract
The ability to think, feel, and act in ways that support general
well-being, efficient functioning, and the capacity to overcome obstacles in life
is referred to as one's mental health. It also includes one's emotional,
psychological, and social well-being. Comparing higher secondary school
students' mental health according to gender is the goal of the current study.
Eight hundred students from four districts in Mizoram made up the study's
sample, higher secondary school pupils. The gender of the pupils in higher
secondary schools did not significantly differ in terms of their mental health,
according to the study.
