Abstract
International law is a very important tool for Vietnam, especially in
safeguarding its independence, sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity,
peace, security and other national interests. However, the instrument of
international law can only be effective when international law is implemented
and when we have the capacity to apply international law effectively.
Therefore, in order to further promote the role of international law in the
coming time, Vietnam needs to consider taking some necessary measures.
