Education plays an important role in our personal life as well as in the progress of our society, our state and our nation. Similarly language also plays an important role in our formal and non-formal way of communication. Learning English is the practical need of the hour when globalization and economic is flourishing. With the aim of English teaching, the school education will enable the pupil to learn English with comprehension and speak it correctly so as to make them understand and express simple ideas and give easy description in writing English language. As a parent, teacher, or other type of caregiver, we can shape child’s language skills to reflect the identity, values, and experiences of family and community. According to Mudaliar Commission, the pupil must read and speak to each other, through English. The students should not be bound to the prescribed books. And definitely it will serve the nation.
