Political campaigns through social media in elections

Abstract
Companies are using the social media for the marketing of their product almost from last decade but the use of the internet for political campaigns is a recent development. Aim of this paper is to create a cohesive strategy for a hypothetical election candidate in a big Indian urban centre with a significant youth population. This articles highlights the do’s and do not’s when it comes to reaching out to voters using social media.
