The present investigation has been under taken in order to study the job involvement of high school teachers in Anantnag District of Jammu and Kashmir. Job Involvement of high school teachers scale was constructed and validated by the investigator (2017) has been administrated to a random sample of 400 high school teachers. It is found that there is no significant difference in the job involvement of male and female high school teachers. There is no significant difference in the job involvement of government and private high school teachers. There is no significant difference in the job involvement of high school teachers of below 10,000 and above 10,000 of salary.
